Possessive pronouns agree with the possessed noun in gender and number, not with the owner.

Examples
- Мой дом (my house, masculine)

- Моё окно (my window, neuter)
- Мои друзья (my friends, plural)
For his (его), her (её), and their (их), the form never changes — they do NOT agree with the noun.
